Legal Counsel, Aircraft Leasing

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, the Legal Counsel will play a pivotal role in driving and delivering the company’s transaction activity across a range of different financing products and leases.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading transactions from documentation through to execution, signature, and closing
• Advising on, structuring, drafting, negotiating, and finalising a broad range of transaction documents and contracts
• Taking ownership of deal processes, coordinating cross-functional teams and working closely with external advisors

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales, Ireland, or another common law jurisdiction
• Strong asset finance law background gained within a leading law firm
• Proven experience managing and negotiating aviation-related commercial transactions
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders, prioritise effectively, and perform under tight deadlines
