The Role

Reporting to the New York Managing Director, our client is looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual with significant industry experience to join their dynamic team as an Associate.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Support the development and management of relationships with existing and prospective clients in the Americas
• Help originate asset management mandates and advisory mandates by contributing to marketing material and models
• Help ensuring proper structuring, negotiation, and documentation of originated transactions
• Contribute to the coverage of airline clients across the Americas by participating in marketing campaigns

 The Person

The ideal candidate for the position should meet the following requirements:

• Undergraduate degree, advanced degree a plus but not required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Aviation/Asset Finance, Structured Finance, Investment Banking, Leasing companies)
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently
• Strong quantitative and modelling skills
