Experienced in all sectors of Aviation we primarily focus on Aviation Leasing companies and Aviation Financiers although we also carry assignments for Law Firms, Airlines, Airports, MRO organisations and other Service Providers.
We are currently mandated by a growing aircraft lessor to find a strong legal counsel for this exciting growth position to assist with its expanding its portfolio from a commercial and legal viewpoint.
The Role
Reporting to the General Counsel, the Paralegal will support the legal team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Due diligence
- Supporting transactions through documentation phase to contract signature and closing.
The Person
If you have experience in the following areas and love to excel – we would love to hear from you!
- Paralegal with some prior aviation finance experience at a law firm or within a company; and
- Experience in supporting aircraft purchase, or sale and leaseback transactions.
