Experienced in all sectors of Aviation, we primarily focus on Aviation Leasing companies, Law Firms offering Asset Finance and Aviation Financiers although we also carry assignments for Airlines, Airports, MRO organisations and other Service Providers.

We are currently mandated to find a newly qualified to 3 year’s qualified Asset Finance Associate by an international law firm.

The Firm

With offices located around the globe, our client’s asset finance team works on acquisition, finance, leasing and disposal of transportation assets.

The Role

The Asset Finance Associate will be responsible for:

• Structuring, drafting, negotiating, and executing a wide range of transactional agreements related to asset finance.
• Assisting with the implementation of multi-party and multi-jurisdictional financing transactions, including the coordination of banks, investors, airlines, accountants, tax advisors, financial arrangers and all relevant legal counsel.
• Responsible for working on transactions end-to-end efficiently and effectively.
• Advising clients, in conjunction with senior lawyers, on legal aspects across a broad range of asset finance matters and solving legal issues arising in complex cross-border financing structures.

The Person

This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified to three year qualified lawyer to join the Asset Finance Team in Dublin or London and to make a significant contribution to the practice.

• A law degree and training with a top firm with NQ-3 years of post-qualification aviation/transportation asset finance experience gained with a top-tier law firm
• All candidates must be eligible to work within the Republic of Ireland or in London.
• Possessing excellent interpersonal, communication and drafting skills, the successful candidate will be a team player prepared to undertake a demanding and high-quality workload with the ability to organise, motivate, coordinate and work within deal teams.

The Package

This position will be based in Dublin or London and our client is offering an attractive remuneration package commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience.
