The Role
Our client serves customers around the globe from offices in the US, Germany and Singapore. The company specializes in CF34 and CFM56 engines and currently hold all model variants in its lease portfolio. Expanding into the airframe material business in 2015, they also hold a large inventory of CRJ and E-Jet airframe parts.
Reporting to the VP Technical this role will provide technical support to customers.
As a key member of the Technical team, you will be responsible for (amongst other things):
- Managing and building aircraft/engine technical records packages
- Management of engine shop visits
- Management of Airframe MRO heavy checks
- Pre-purchase project management of aircraft/engine with varying scope
The Person
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years technical experience in the operation, maintenance, and overhaul of regional aircraft engines. They will come from a maintenance/engineering support related area within an aircraft and/or engine lessor, MRO, engine asset management consultancy or airline.
With a good understanding of engine operations, design fundamentals, and basic performance parameters, the successful candidate will be degree educated in an area such as Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering or hold an A&P license.

Our client, founded in 2011, is Headquartered in Texas (USA). It serves a worldwide customer base of Regional and Commercial Airlines, along with Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) providers.
A small, growing business, our client is privately owned and has a strong leadership team with decades of experience from all aspects of the aviation industry.
The Package
This position is based in Dallas and will involve a high degree of unrestricted international travel (post Covid).
